  Absolutely do not deal with this company terrible customer service. Booked my holiday accommodation through Airbnb and this company was our host. I booked at Christmas they cancelled my accommodation today 1 day before we are due to arrive because of maintenance. Really disappointed.

  Whilst we were skeptical at first after reading previous reviews of Winning Holidays, we could not fault any interaction or experience when booking our holiday whatsoever. We were given around the clock service and the process of booking was seamless and painless; even going out of their way to reply to emails sent late at night or on weekends to get our holiday booked as soon as possible. Shoutout especially to Aiza for your incredible customer service, thank you.

  The property was dirty, and there was dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. Not worth the money we paid
  Coffee, tea and milk all with expired dates.
  Would never go back and not recommend

  I am absolutely appalled of the level of service received from winning holidays!! I booked the quarterback at Swansea and paid over $900 for 2 nights and had to climb a fence to access the unit to get keys. Leaving my two small children in a car on a main highway. I also left several unreturned messages. The add clearly stated (and still does) wifi included but there was no modem, nbn box or router. I called several times only to be told that they would return my call shortly with the password and not one call back ! I have since returned home and emailed my experience twice and no reply! I will be taking the matter to fair trading.. this company should not be in business.

  We have just returned home from a truly spectacular mini holiday spent in spectacular Nelson Bay. It's the third time I've booked through Winning Holidays and each time we enjoy a stress free experience. The staff are locals of the area, are knowledgeable and responsive to any requests. They are practical and communicative so that we know exactly what to expect and look forward to. We have our favourite accommodations to stay at. Booking through Winning is definitely the most convenient & cost effective way for us to secure a most beautiful break away in Port Stephens.

  The property we rented was so dirty and the were other problems, I went into the office to let them know and they were completely dismissive. I also emailed them with photos of the dirt and broken screens at the property and never received a response. Very disappointing.
